Today's favorite thing is....SLEEP. For some reason I just don't seem to get enough of it. I hate that I am such a light sleeper! Every little thing wakes me up, after taking forever just to fall asleep. My brain never want's to shut down! Any suggestions on how to fall asleep and stay asleep?

Wish I had the sleep answers, but then I guess I would be filthy rich if I did since so many of us struggle. Hate to admit it, but usually need medicine help most of the time, also due to my illness. Also received a cd that is kind of like a relaxation exercise for your mind and body. Maybe hasn't help me sleep, but definitely stops my mind racing and is very calming.

Also, what is that book series about? Keep hearing about it, but guess I'm too busy with Sesame Street that I havent had time to learn about it for myself.
